| Gary C. Kaisen graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honors and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. He received his juris doctorate from Boston College Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut State Courts, U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is appointed by the Chief Administrative Judge of Civil Matters to act as a factfinder/arbitrator for the Connecticut Superior Courts. He has tried multiple jury and court cases to verdict and judgment and argues several appeals including the Second Circuit. He has acted as an arbitrator and has represented parties in numerous arbitrations. His areas of practice include medical malpractice, construction litigation, employment law, education law, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation, products liability, commercial and personal insurance disputes. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, American Bar Association, including its Torts and Insurance Practice Section and the New Haven Inn of Court. He isa member of the Guildford Board of Education.
