JEFFREY W. KENNEDY
Jeffrey W. Kennedy graduated, Cum Laude, from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts and received his juris doctorate from the Western New England School of Law in 1994.  He is a member of the United States District Court, District of Connecticut; The United State Court of Appeal Forty Second District; Hawaii Supreme Court; United States District Court, District of Hawaii; United States Tax Court; American Bar Association and the Hartford County Bar Association.  He was admitted to practice in 1994 and his current concentration is in commercial litigation insurance defense; product liability; defamation and appellate practice.  Attorney Kennedy has arbitrated numerous liability and underinsured/uninsured motorist claims.
