We are counsel to several national and regional insurance companies for issues of coverage and for direct claims involving insurer liability. We provide coverage opinions and defense analysis on those issues and defend or prosecute direct action and/or subrogation claims, declaratory judgment actions and arbitration submittals for commercial liability, automobile liability, property and casualty, and other liability insurance policies. We also prosecute claims on behalf of carriers to recover liens on Workers’ Compensation benefits paid.
