Attorney Marissa E. Pocevic graduated from Rutgers University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2025, where she concentrated her studies in Intellectual Property Law. Her legal education included coursework in trademark, copyright, patent law, intellectual property licensing, and entertainment law. During law school, she was involved in several student organizations, including the Intellectual Property Society, Health Law Society, and Women in Law Society.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Attorney Pocevic developed a professional background in health-related fields with experience working in both the private and public sectors. During law school, she was selected for the Connecticut Public Health Fellowship Program, a collaborative program between the Yale School of Public Health and the Connecticut Department of Public Health. This experience provided her with a foundation in regulatory compliance and municipal matters that complements her legal education.

Attorney Pocevic is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and joined Milano & Wanat LLC, where her practice focuses on civil litigation.
